A WOMAN has revealed that she has lost three stone and as a result, has completely transformed her looks.
So if you are someone who wants to lose weight but doesn’t know where to start, don’t worry, you’ve come to the right place, as Chloe has shared how.
Whilst many think that to lose weight you have to cut out carbs, chocolate and sweets, and spend hours working out, Chloe has proved otherwise and revealed that she still eats chips, despite being on a diet.
Not only this, but Chloe revealed that she also doesn’t do any exercise as well – and her weight loss has solely been down to her diet and calorie counting.
Posting on TikTok under the username @c33lo33, the mother regularly shares her simple, low calorie meals, which have massively helped her to shift the weight.
The social media user creates a variety of different healthy dishes, including a Nando’s-inspired fakeaway, chicken and spinach pasta and more.
In one clip, the young mum revealed that she lost two stone in just two months and had a major confidence boost as a result of her staggering transformation.
At the start of the clip we saw Chloe film herself in the mirror, wearing a black bra with black leggings.
Showing off her stomach, Chloe shared: “One minute I feel s**t.”
Seconds later, she then shared a video of her posing in the mirror, dressed up ready for a night out.
Chloe oozed confidence and had a major “glow up” as a result of her impressive weight loss.
Social media users were desperate for Chloe’s tips and advice, which many took to the comments to express.
One person said: “You look absolutely amazing. Can you please do a video about tips on how to do this?”
Another added: “Help me please.”
A third commented: “Have you got any tips of things that helped you the most? I’m struggling so much.”
Chloe then revealed that food has been a massive thing for her, and she has focused on eating in a calorie deficit to lose weight.
A calorie deficit is when you are eating fewer calories than you are burning and is often used to lose weight and maintain weight loss.
But while you might assume that all Chloe eats is salad and vegetables, get ready to be proven wrong.
In a recent video, Chloe shared a simple and delicious meal that she swears by for “lazy” people wanting to lose weight.
She explained: “One of my easy, simple, low calorie meals that helps me lose three stone.”
In the 35-second clip, Chloe dished up her dinner – a salmon, smoked cod and haddock fishcake, which was just 242 calories, alongside 65 grams of frozen chips, adding just 148 calories, because she’s “lazy.”
Chloe then added a 24 calorie salad, consisting of tomatoes and cucumber, which she described as the “most pathetic salad lol but I ran out of lettuce.”
To top off the dish, she then added garlic and herb Skinny Sauce, which was zero calories.
She used the app Nutracheck to count her calories, totalling her meal to just 414 calories.
After sticking to low calorie but filling meals, Chloe has been able to shift three stone, without any trips to the gym.
In response to the video, one user asked Chloe: “Hey, do you exercise as well as diet?” to which Chloe replied “Nope.”
