Celtics add Duke's Amile Jefferson to coaching staff

Duke assistant coach Amile Jefferson is heading to the Boston Celtics in the same role.

A three-time captain while at Duke, he will join the staff of Joe Mazzulla and coach his former college teammate, Jayson Tatum, who was a freshman in Jefferson's senior season.
