Go First's resolution professional will challenge a restraining order from the Delhi High Court, which prevents the airline removing parts from planes and makes its revival difficult. The professional has also asked the National Company Law Tribunal not to extend the order allowing eight lessors to inspect planes and carry out maintenance until the fleet is back up in the air.
