1,100 cadres of 8 Adivasi militant groups surrender arms before Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma

Over 1,100 cadres of eight Adivasi militant groups laid down their arms, including more than 300 sophisticated weapons and over 1,400 rounds of ammunition, in the presence of Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in Guwahati on Thursday.
