The Grodno Oblast governor met with Secretary of the Communist Party Committee of Gansu Province Hu Changsheng. Vladimir Karanik and Hu Changsheng discussed the state and prospects of Belarus-China interregional cooperation in trade, economy, and humanitarian affairs.
