You know Rab from your own experience. In a way you were lucky, a lot don't get a second chance. Lifes lottery.

I’m definitely lucky. Lucky it was pre covid. Lucky I didn’t let the ambulance go after telling me to go to bed at 2.00am and phone the doctors in the morning. 10 minutes before I cardiac arrested.
Post covid I’m not sure the ambulance would get here before I’d been long dead
