Jamie Foxx makes first public appearance, months after health scare

Popular American actor, Jamie Foxx, was spotted by fans during a boat cruise in Chicago on Sunday. In videos making rounds on the Internet, the actor was seen waving at fans who cheered as he drove past in a speed boat. The public sighting is his first, following a medical emergency in April which kept
