Former Attorney General Nii Ayikoi Otoo has clarified his comments regarding the call made by Dormaahene, Osagyefo Oseadeeyo Agyeman Badu II, for the NPP government to enter a nolle prosequi in the case involving Assin North Member of Parliament James Gyakye Quayson.
