'I had a stroke behind the wheel and crashed - then police hauled me before the courts'

After suddenly going blind behind the wheel due to a severe stroke, Stephen Ellis crashed his car and was unable to walk, talk or read. He didn't expect to end up in court after the incident, but the police had different ideas.
