I have toned legs and hardly any cellulite – my workout secret is ‘punishing’ but only takes 10 minutes
A RIPPED gym rat is sharing her secrets for toned, cellulite-free legs.
While the workout will leave your muscles burning, the good news is it won’t take much time out of your day.
Summer Smith (@summsmith) calls herself a “fitness girlie” for a reason – her svelte frame and toned muscles are the result of regular gym visits.
Because she doesn’t always have time for hour long routines, she created a 10-minute workout that targets her lower body.
“My secret to keeping toned legs and reducing cellulite,” she began in the video, filming the back of her body to show off the results.
The whole cardio circuit is done on the treadmill and involves intervals of running and walking.
Begin by walking three miles per hour, at level 15 incline for three minutes.
Next, do a “light paced jog” at around four to five miles per hour, level 12 incline, for three minutes.
Then do a “cool down walk” at three miles per hour with zero incline for two minutes.
To finish off, Summer goes all out with a “full speed run” at seven miles per hour with zero incline for two minutes.
Because the intervals keep your heart rate up and your body moving, it’s a tough, but effective, 10 minutes.
“This one is punishing but sooo worth it,” Summer claimed in the caption.
After one person asked how often she does it, the workout queen said once a week.
Viewers gave it a shot and came back with their thoughts.
