Over 1,000 users have claimed the high-tech AI bot is “broken” as they take to DownDetector to report issues.

The outage has even left customers locked out of ChatGPT, created by machine learning company OpenAI.

ChatGPT is a language model that can respond to prompts, helping its users create content.
