Legal fight continues over taking Ohio private land for recreational trails

COLUMBUS — In a case closely watched by Toledo and other local governments, the Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday blocked an appeals court ruling that would have prevented the taking of land by eminent domain to create public recreational trails.
