Inside Lewis Hamilton and Shakira’s secret wild night out after the British Grand Prix
LEWIS HAMILTON and Shakira can’t seem to stay away from one another despite trying to distance themselves about rumours they are dating.
The pair have shot into pole position as one of this year’s most unlikely couples after spending a very cosy evening together following the British Grand Prix at the weekend.
Shakira flew in to the UK especially to watch F1 racer Lewis take to the track on Sunday.
I can exclusively reveal that afterwards they spent the night partying with each other in the capital at celebrity haunt Tape London.
A reveller said: “After watching Lewis come third at Silverstone, Shakira joined him for a massive party at Tape nightclub.
“They were on a VIP table together in the venue and Shakira was seen locked in conversation with Lewis as well as various other members of his entourage.
“She appeared to be having a great time and was up dancing close to the table where she had been sitting with Lewis.
“Shakira called it a night around 3.30am and was picked up by a chauffeur who took her back to the Hotel Café Royal
“Lewis was more hardcore and stayed out clubbing until 6am and went to The Rosewood hotel for a kip.”
The onlooker added: “For two people who say there isn’t anything romantic between them, they seemed very friendly.
“They’d make a great couple if they did take the plunge.”
Shakira split from her husband, Spanish footballer Gerard Pique last summer after he dumped her for a younger woman.
Lewis has been officially off the market for a while but has been linked to a string of glamorous women.
In the past few weeks Shakira has been seen cheering on Mercedes driver Lewis — a seven-times world champion — at the Grand Prix in Spain and Miami, where she joined him for a luxury boat trip.
They were also spotted enjoying a cosy dinner in Barcelona not long after Lewis had finished racing.
I can’t cope with the dithering.
If I got a chance to wine and dine Shakira, I’d be asking her to marry me within minutes.
Kim the can-can girl
KIM KARDASHIAN worked up a sweat after signing a heavyweight ad deal.
She is bringing out Kimade with Alani Nutrition, which comprises two low-calorie canned drinks.
Insiders say Kim, who wore a white leotard and held dumbbells while posing next to the tin, commanded an eight-figure sum.
She is worth £1.3billion thanks to a series of clever brand deals and the huge success of her shapewear line Skims, as well as cosmetics business KKW Beauty.
Kim came under fire last year for dishing out business advice to other women, which was classed as “offensive”.
She said: “I have the best advice for women in business. Get your f***ing a** up and work. It seems like nobody wants to work these days.”
Personally, I think she’s on to something.
Ozzy out of comeback gig
OZZY OSBOURNE has been forced to pull the plug on his performance at the Power Trip Festival in the US later this year.
He was preparing to make his live music comeback after almost five years.
The Black Sabbath rocker has suffered with a number of health issues over the past few years and has now confirmed he’s had to cancel his hopes of getting back on stage.
Ozzy said: “My original plan was to return to the stage in the summer of 2024, and when the offer to do this show came in, I optimistically moved forward.
“Unfortunately, my body is telling me that I’m just not ready yet and I am much too proud to have the first show that I do in nearly five years be half-arsed.”
Insiders told me Ozzy’s wife Sharon had been by his side and was advising him to rest.
They added: “Sharon knows how dedicated Ozzy is to his fans but she wants him to rest up. His health must come first.”
Earlier this year Sharon told us his struggles had been compounded after he contracted Covid.
She said in April: “Ozzy’s Achilles heel has always been his lungs, so to get something like Covid that affects your breathing and all of that was just torturous.
“It has been very difficult. Ozzy has been plagued medically by different things that have been wrong. It is like one thing leads to another then another. For some reason he is tested all the time.
“I think, ‘No more, please God’.”
Zac’s cover story
SOUND the alarms – Zac Efron appears to have got shy about showing off his body.
The Hollywood actor clasped his hands over his chest as he soaked up the sun from a super yacht in St Tropez on the French Riviera.
Zac, who has a body that could give Adonis a run for his money, wore a pair of blue and red swimming shorts and yellow shades.
When not looking bashful, he was riding a jet-ski in the Med and looking far more at home than he did on board the boat.
Zac first transformed his body in 2017, when he got a role in Baywatch and said it was hard to get that trim.
He added last year: “That Baywatch look, I don’t know if that’s really attainable,
“That required powerful diuretics to achieve. So I don’t need to do that. I much prefer to have an extra, you know, two to three percent body fat.”
Only two to three, eh? Good to know.
Liam was real devil
LIAM GALLAGHER had one hell of pseudonym he used at hotels in his Oasis days.
Brother Noel has revealed the singer’s “stupid” choice of name during his latest podcast with comedian Matt Morgan.
Noel said: “We used to get given names in Oasis but I stopped using them because it was too confusing.
“People would be referring to you as Mr Bedford and shouting at you, ‘Mr Bedford!’
“They wouldn’t be stupid ones, they’d be quite nondescript.
“I was Max Bedford for a year. And then one year I was John Collier.
“Liam used to always pick stupid ones for himself.
“He thought it was funny to call himself Lou Cifer, like Lucifer.”
Dua’s VIP at Barbie premiere
DUA LIPA is a VIP guest of honour at the European premiere of the new Barbie film tonight.
Insiders tell me the Levitating singer, who appears in the film as Mermaid Barbie and was also at the US premiere in Los Angeles, has been invited to walk the red carpet in London’s Leicester Square.
A source said: “Dua is one of the biggest stars of Barbie alongside Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling and it’s hoped she will be able to fit the London premiere into her schedule.
“Her appearance in LA caused a real stir and it’s hoped getting her down to Leicester Square will create the same buzz.”
As one of the busiest women in music, Dua’s fans will hope she will be able to slide a flying visit into her diary.
Feast fid for king
AS far as belated birthday celebrations go, 50 Cent made sure his entourage were well fed when he held a bash after his headline set at Wireless Festival.
Insiders told me Fiddy, who was 48 on Thursday, ordered 225 Nando’s chicken wings and 100 peri-peri wraps to feed his crew before he went on stage at the North London event on Sunday.
A source said: “ They had staff bring over bags and bags of goods for his bash. As well as ordering loads of chicken, he had fries with sauces in diamond-encrusted bottles.
“There were even bespoke napkins with Get Rich Or Die Tryin’, the name of his 2003 album, on them. Naturally there was a free bar too.
Rihanna’s bumper response
RIHANNA broke the internet again after showing off her baby bump.
She took to Instagram to promote a new collection from her lingerie line Savage X Fenty, but it was that growing bump which got all the attention.
The post was liked more than seven million times and received over 30 thousand comments.
One fan wrote: “You are actually the definition of beauty.”
Rihanna launched her clothing brand in 2018 but stepped down from her position as CEO last month, with Hillary Super taking over the role.
Despite being heavily pregnant, the billionaire businesswoman has kept herself busy and recently appeared in a campaign for Louis Vuitton, with singer Pharrell Williams as the creative director. It’s certainly not all business though.
The singer also enjoyed a holiday back home in Barbados with her boyfriend A$AP Rocky and their baby boy, RZA, who turned one in May.
Rihanna announced her second pregnancy in February, so it’s not long now until baby number two arrives.
