Mum gets immediately slammed as she reveals her daughter’s unique name as people say they can ‘hear her teachers crying’
A MUM has been slammed after revealing her daughter’s unique name, with people insisting they can almost “hear her teachers crying”.
Jamei Lauren explained the origin of her baby girl’s name in a video from her baby shower, as she told guests that she wanted the tot to have the same initials as her.
“If it was a boy it was going to be Dru with a ‘D’ so we decided to drop that and do a J,” she said in the clip on TikTok.
“And then also the ‘e-x’ is for Louisiana – that Creole, French style, you know what I’m saying?
“Then I wanted to keep her initials close to mine – JL – so her middle name is going to be Love, for the month of February.
“That is our love baby. If she does not come in February, it’s ok – it’s still a conversation piece. Her due date is February 14th so we shall see.”
Concluding, she revealed the baby’s full name – Jreux Love Jackson.
And while there were lots of positive comments about the moniker, there were also lots of remarks from people saying her teachers would struggle with it when she started school.
“I can hear her substitute teacher crying for real, but congrats!” one wrote.
“She’s gonna have many teachers mispronouncing her name,” another warned.
“I feel bad for her teachers,” a third admitted.
“Man them teachers finna be going through it,” someone else wrote.
As another commented: “Imagine the amount of substitutes that will botch it.
“My name is Emarie like emery but people say it wrong.”
“Gonna be a task for them substitute teachers,” someone else laughed.

“Such a beautiful name,” another added.

“So unique, beautiful, and meaningful. love it!” someone else commented.
