Britney Spears Shares Her First Thoughts After Announcing Memoir Title & Release Date: 'I Had a Lot of Therapy to Get This Book Done'

Britney Spears is sharing her first thoughts after announcing her memoir, The Woman in Me.

The 41-year-old pop star posted two videos on social media on Tuesday night (July 11) after the big reveal.

“Okay guys, so I just got finished with my book. It’s coming out very soon. I worked my a– off for this book. I had a lot of therapy to get this book done, so you guys better like it. And if you don’t, that’s cool too,” she said, before singing a bit of The Beach Boys‘ “Kokomo.”
