Family seeks homicide verdict from inquest into 2014 death of man in Thunder Bay police custody

The brother of Emmanuel Oruitemeka, who collapsed while in police custody and later died in hospital nine years ago, says the 25-year-old was a "devoted son, caring brother and loving uncle," as the family seeks a homicide ruling from a coroner's inquest underway in Thunder Bay, Ont.
