I took my kids & hubby to the UK’s cheapest outdoor water park, it had rapids & a baby pool & cost £25 for four of us
A MUM took her husband and two kids to the cheapest outdoor water park in the UK, and it didn’t disappoint.
SJ and her family headed to Faversham Pools for the day and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of stuff there was to do on a budget.
Taking to TikTok, the Mum headed to Kent to check out the outdoor water park jam-packed with activities for the family.
She said: “Cheap days out with the kids this summer, this is Faversham pools.
“Bring camping chairs, picnic blankets. a full picnic, a book, everything you need to chill by the pool for the afternoon.”
The mum then videoed the different swimming pools which included a shallow paddling pool with a slide for babies and toddlers, and one with a fountain for kids to splash about in.
There was even an outdoor rapids pool for those who want a taste of adrenaline.
There was also an outdoor swimming pool with diving boards for older children and adults, as well as an indoor swimming pool and an indoors baby pool.
Out by the outdoor pools is lots of grass so you can pitch up for the day and watch the kids while having a picnic.
SJ added: “For a family of four for a three hour session it cost £25.”
The mum added that when your session was over there was a park directly outside the pools if you’re kids weren’t ready to go home yet.
The video posted to her account @x__sj__x was a hit with over 5,000 views and many agreed it was the perfect day out for little ones during the summer.
One person wrote: “It is a lovely swimming pool. Be prepared to queue outside during the summer.”
Another commented: “We love Faversham pools.”
SJ replied: “I was sooo impressed. Would be amazing in hot weather!”
Someone else added: “I go there with school for PE lessons.”
The Faversham pools website states it’s best to book in advance to ensure you get a spot in the summer.
