Tot, 3, shoots baby sibling in head and kills them after getting a hold of unsecured gun

Police confirmed the toddler picked up an 'unsecured handgun' and shot their sibling in the head killing them. Police are investigating the incident in Fallbrook, California, but have said there is no wider threat to the community
