Hi
I've booked a few days in a haven park with my youngest and have taken the cancellation insurance.
Unfortunately, my Dad is pretty ill and in hospital on end of life care.
I called Haven to cancel and get a refund but been told that as my Dad wasn't travelling with us , I cannot get a refund and can only get a credit which must be used within the next 6 months.
I paid this on my credit card.
Will I be covered for a refund direct from the credit card company ?
