Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat, along with three other leaders, has been ordered by a special court to give their voice samples in relation to the 2016 'sting operation' case. In the video, Rawat was allegedly heard bargaining with rebel Congress MLAs to save his government as President's rule was imposed after their rebellion.
