Manipur government allocated an additional fund of Rs.2.5 crore to the Agriculture Department for procurement of fertilizer. The Manipur Government had decided to pay an amount of Rs 10 lakh to the next of Kin of late M. Lucy who was recently killed by unidentified miscreants.
