‘When the US is strong, Israel is stronger’: Israel’s Herzog addresses US Congress

Israel’s President Isaac Herzog told US lawmakers that Israel’s democracy is “strong and resilient” as he addressed the US Congress in Washington DC on Wednesday, becoming just the second Israeli president, after his father, Chaim Herzog, to do so.
