The Delhi High Court has ordered the Indian railway not to remove the "unauthorised" structures and "encroachment" at two mosques on Tilak Marg and Babar Road as the land does not belong to the Railways. The Delhi Waqf Board claimed that the notices concerning the mosques were "generic". The notices did not bear any signature, date or explanation of its power, considered to be causing jeopardy to the existence of the waqf property.
