Ohio Supreme Court upholds sentencing law named for Reagan Tokes

COLUMBUS — The Ohio Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld the constitutionality of a state law named for a murdered 21-year-old former Monclova Township woman that allows the state to extend prison sentences of certain inmates.
