JSE-listed information and communications technology services firm EOH has announced that FD Megan Pydigadu has tendered her resignation to take up a position at a large South African company. She has committed to close out the 2023 year-end audit and will, therefore, remain at EOH until October 31. The board of directors has started a process to identify an appropriate successor.
