The Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban Bagbin has admonished leaders in the country to conduct themselves in a manner that is beyond reproach. Speaking at the National Development Conference hosted by the Church of Pentecost on Wednesday, July 26, the Speaker bemoaned how leadership in recent times has become contentious in the country and in the world at large.
