A senior police officer, who does not want to be named, told ET, "In Moreh, trouble started after miscreants set ablaze houses and attacked civilians on Wednesday. Heavily armed miscreants were engaged in fierce gun battles with the security forces. The house of the forest guard and forest office were burnt down."
