DeSantis program means Florida won't take such a toll on drivers

Some news of a new policy from Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis -- and one that could bring him support from drivers in the Sunshine State and potentially set an example for other states with lots of highway tolls and lots of cash-strapped drivers.
