Sabah's civil society groups to initiate judicial review on controversial carbon deal

KOTA KINABALU: A coalition of civil society groups in Sabah is set to file a judicial review over Sabah’s controversial Nature Conservation Agreement (NCA) to determine whether the Sabah government followed the relevant procedures prior to or since signing the contract.
