A Delhi court has reserved its order on Congress leader Jagdish Tytler's anticipatory bail application in relation to the killing of three Sikhs during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The CBI opposed the bail request, claiming the role of Jagdish Tytler is apparent from witness statements and fears of influencing said witnesses cannot be ruled out.
