She was born on September 5, 1994 and was raised on Australia’s Gold Coast.

In 2023, Hayley transferred from Manchester City to Real Madrid.

What other clubs has Hayley Raso played for?
Raso started her career in her home country of Australia at Canberra United.
She went on to play for Aussie teams Brisbane Roar FC, Washington Spirit, and Portland Thorns FC.
Hayley’s debut for Canberra United came during the 2011/2012 season and she scored her first senior goal in October 2012.
She moved to Brisbane Roar in 2013 and stayed there until she signed for National Women’s Soccer League team Washington Spirit in June 2015.
Raso joined Portland Thorns in 2016 but was loaned back to Canberra United for the 2016/2017 season.
She then signed a loan with another of her former teams, Brisbane Roar FC, for the 2017/ 2018 season.
In 2018 Hayley suffered a painful back injury and fractured three vertebrae.

Raso was named player of the match after Australia’s final group match against Canada.
She also scored two of Australia’s four goals in the game.
