Florida cop who was handcuffed during argument with wife where he threatened to ‘end it’ shoots himself in head hours later

A witness claimed he saw Miami-Dade Police Director Alfredo Ramirez hold a gun to his mouth and threatened his wife to "end it" just hours before he shot himself in the head on the highway.
