Hens' bats explode in doubleheader sweep of Iowa

DES MOINES — Scoring 20 runs on 25 hits in just 14 innings, the Toledo Mud Hens swept a doubleheader over the Iowa Cubs on Thursday, winning the opener 9-8 and the nightcap 11-4 to clinch at least a split of this week’s six-game series.
