People are only just realising what the behind the scenes of a cinema looks like and it’s blowing their minds
HAVE you ever wondered what’s going on behind the scenes at the cinema while you tuck into your popcorn?
Well, you aren’t the only one, social media user, Chase Lee, was curious too, so he decided to find out what it looked like and it’s blown his mind.
Chase shared his discovery in a video clip and people have been left baffled by what the film projectors look like.
Some, like Chase, might have thought each cinema room has its own private little room above with the projector inside, but you’d be wrong.
In the clip, he shared a picture of what’s really going on upstairs and it left his mind blown.
But Chase wasn’t thrilled about his discovery, writing: “This is so upsetting.”
The image shows a long corridor covered in darkness, with film projectors pointing out of tiny holes in the wall for each cinema room.
“Just found out there’s only one large projector room in movie theatres and each theatre doesn’t have its own small projector room,” he added.
He covered his mouth in shock as he showed the image, unable to go back to the previous reality of cinemas he had conjured up.
But it wasn’t just Chase who was left stunned by the image.
The video posted to his account @chaseleee has since gone viral with over one million views and over 116k likes.
People were quick to take to the comments to share their thoughts and were clearly not prepared for the answer.
One person wrote: “I used to think a little person was up there living in the rooms.”
Another commented: “Oh bc it’s over the entry hallway, for some reason this never occurred to me.”
“I have to go sit down,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “Mind blown.”
“I feel bamboozled,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “I wish I didn’t know this piece of information.”
