Safety Boat kit - by: John Allen

i was checking the RIBs today and noticed that one of the paddles which should be in Yellow RIB was missing.
This is essential and mandatory kit to be carried.  I am only missing for two racing sessions and something is mislaid.
Can anyone shed any light as to the whereabouts of this item please?
There is a replacement in the boat,which has been found, but there is still one missing.
