Q- On Wednesday, the United States ordered the evacuation of its non-emergency personnel from its embassy in Niamey. Does France plan to likewise reduce its staff at its diplomatic mission? I would also like to find out whether the evacuation of French and foreign nationals, which began on Tuesday, has officially concluded?
