Neighbors of man who allegedly kept woman hostage say he was ‘menace’ who lured young girls into his home

Former neighbors of Negasi Zuberi said they were shocked to see allegations he kidnapped and sexually assaulted a sex worker, but also said he had violent tendencies and lured women into his home.
