Gunman taken in custody after allegedly shooting victim in jaw and barricading himself at residence in Lincoln Square neighborhood

A man was taken into police custody after allegedly shooting a victim in her jaw during the predawn hours Friday, and barricading himself inside a building in the Lincoln Square neighborhood, Chicago police said.
