Amid Opposition sloganeering and after an adjournment, Defence Minister Rajnanth Singh piloted The Inter-services Organisations (Command, Control and Discipline) Bill. He did so from one of the back row seats after telling the presiding officer he didn’t want to do it from his usual front row seat due to the Opposition sloganeering in the Lok Sabha. Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan then piloted The Indian Institute of Management (Amendment) Bill, 2023.
