China has announced 26 new measures to revive its flagging economy, including visa-on-arrival for foreign businesspeople. Previously, they had to apply for a visa at a Chinese embassy or consulate in their country of departure. China's post-Covid recovery has been sluggish with GDP growth only increasing by 0.8% in the first to second quarter of this year, and over 20% of youths are unemployed.
