A train derailment in southern Pakistan has left 15 people dead and 45 injured, according to the country's railways minister. The accident happened near the city of Nawabshah in the province of Sindh, with the Hazara Express travelling from Karachi to Abbottabad. Multiple rescue teams have been dispatched to the site, and images posted on social media show passengers being helped from the twisted wreck.
