China has released a new documentary called "Chasing Dreams" that focuses on the army’s preparation to attack Taiwan and showcases soldiers’ willingness to make the ultimate sacrifice if requested. The eight-part series, aired by state broadcaster CCTV, features military drills and testimonials by dozens of soldiers, whose views are intended to reflect Chinese nationalism. China sees Taiwan as its territory and has ramped up its rhetoric against the self-ruled island.
