Almost 60 swimmers get diarrhoea at triathlon event leaving them 'swimming in s***'

The competitors fell ill at the World Triathlon Championship Series with sickness and diarrhoea after competing in sea swimming events in Sunderland whilst organisers scramble to find the cause
