NATIONAL SUMMARY
A large swath of the East is expected to be impacted by
severe weather tomorrow as a potent storm makes its way
into the region. Locations as far south as central Georgia
all the way north into Upstate New York will be in the risk
area for flooding downpours, damaging winds, hail and even
a few tornadoes. Anyone living in these areas will need to
take great caution and expect travel delays due to the poor
weather. Elsehwere, thunderstorms are expected to pop up
across the Northwest and northern Rockies. Places like
northeast Washington, northern Idaho and western Montana
could also see an increased risk for flooding due to the
storms. Later in the day or even overnight a few strong
storms may pop up in eastern Colorado into western Nebraska
and Kansas. The South and Southwest will remain very hot.
