SOME days the idea of going to the gym seems like more effort than the workout itself.
One fitness fanatic shared the exercises she does when she’s not feeling motivated.
In the caption of her video, TikTok user Diana Mirgon (@dmirgonfit21) explained: “This is a circuit to help you stay consistent [with your] exercise.
In her account bio, the TikToker revealed she has lost 150 pounds on her weight loss journey.
Diana pointed out that her routine is useful “on the days you don’t feel motivated, can’t make it to the gym, want to give your joints a break, [or are] taking an active rest day.”
She explained to her followers that she didn’t even need to do a warm-up before starting her “low-impact workout.”
“I literally crawled out of bed to do this one,” the content creator told her audience.
For her first exercise, Diana sat on her apartment floor and carried out 20 face-up knee tucks.
Next, she stood with her hands behind her head, lifting her knees up and touching them with her elbows.
After the standing oblique crunches, Diana moved into a planking position and did 20 more oblique reps.
For her next exercise, she propped herself up with her elbow and did 20 leg raises on each side.
Diana moved back into a plank position and did 10 walk-up plank moves.
She recommended repeating this set three to four times for a full workout.
The TikToker also highlighted that you don’t need to set a personal best every time you exercise.
“Just keep moving, stay consistent,” she encouraged her followers in the clip’s caption.
She also pointed out that her routine is apartment, dorm, and hotel friendly.
