Watch live: Chris Christie speaks at conservative conference in Atlanta

Republican presidential candidate and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is slated to speak at a conservative conference in Atlanta on Saturday morning.

Christie will speak at The Gathering, an annual event hosted by conservative talk radio host Erick Erickson where several other Republican presidential candidates are also appearing.

His appearance comes after a recent Emerson College Poll showed Christie ahead of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis by 1 point in New Hampshire, placing him second behind former President Trump.

Christie's speech is scheduled to begin at 8:45 a.m. ET.
