A SKINCARE pro has revealed her hack for keeping her complexion looking youthful.
She claimed that taut skin doesn’t necessarily require expensive Botox or filler treatments.
Olga (@naturalfacebible) filmed herself doing her nightly ritual in a video on TikTok.
“My literal ‘beauty sleep’ at 47,” read the text.
First, she said she applies face tape before bedtime in place of fillers.
“Taping smile lines instead of fillers,” she said, filming herself with tape around and on her mouth.
Next, she recommended changing the pillowcases to a less abrasive fabric.
“My pure silk pillowcase for skin/hair beauty and less wrinkles,” she added.
She also kept her mouth closed during sleep to promote breathing through the nose.
“My face tape for mouth taping,” she added.
In the caption of the video, she went into even further detail on how to stay looking younger.

The video drew in many viewers who were curious to learn more about Olga’s techniques.
“Can I use normal tape as well?” one asked.
“For mouth taping yes, if your ‘normal’ tape won’t irritate lips but for wrinkles no, it won’t do needed action,” Olga replied.
