I think the biggest difference so far is that they are all currently OUR players. Not someone else's kids getting experience, but ours who want to play for the club and us, the fans.

Makes a massive difference I think. You've not got someone who thinks, ah well if it goes tits up I'm back at Man U / Arsenal / Liverpool next season anyway.

I think the loan system works when you're topping up for the squad and maybe get a Tammy Abrahamson like that lot did but when you have 6 loans and 5 are in the starting line up you cannot build anything for the next season.

2024 we can do just that, not looking for 12 players, just 3 or 4 hopefully.
