Uganda's Kiplangat crowned in marathon at Worlds

BUDAPEST, Aug. 27 (Xinhua) -- Victor Kiplangat of Uganda kept a strong momentum in the last stage to clinch the men's marathon title in 2:08:53 at the World Athletics Championships here on Sunday.
