Justice Sudhir Agrawal, who criticized the Madhya Pradesh government for not addressing encroachment issues at dam sites, has been transferred from the central bench of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) to the principal bench in Delhi. This decision comes one week after the NGT imposed a fine on the state government and expressed dissatisfaction with its inaction.
